Rua do Zaire in Lisbon – The latest Space Creation project is concluded

Located in one classic Lisbon neighborhood “Bairro das Colónias”, specifically in Rua do Zaire, this oldie three bedroom apartment on a ground ground floor, dating from the 1930´s, had one of its three bedrooms as an interior bedroom, and only one bathroom.

With the complete reuse of space it has now been transformed into a beautiful 3 windowed bedroom apartment with a suite.

The old kitchen was rebuilt from scratch, as well as two new bathrooms with central heating and air conditioning systems also installed as new features.

The outside patio was salvaged and is now probably the main attraction of the apartment, and a perfect space for relaxing or dines.
