Total rehabilitation project in Apartment at Dr. Teófilo Braga Street in Lisbon

The most recent Space Creation project, a complete rehabilitation of an apartment in Dr. Teófilo Braga Street, in the Estrela district, is located on the fourth and top floor of a building of the early twentieth century.

The redesign of the space, allowed to make the most stunning and panoramic 180° view of in the east façade, from where you can see out over the Tagus River, Bairro Alto and Principe Real and even to the São Jorge Castle.

This oldie 2 bedroom apartment has now two modern bathrooms, both with roof windows that let in natural light, panoramic windows and a modern and functional kitchen which made ​​this space a genuine pearl overlooking the Tagus.
